We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Cases (within 24 hours of delivery):

  • Damaged Product: Provide clear photo/video proof.
  • Wrong or Missing Product: Provide proof of the issue.
  • Expired Product: Share proof of expiry visible on the item.

If the return is approved and the issue is on our side, return shipping will be covered by us.

Returns Not Accepted If:

  • Product is used, opened, or the seal is broken.
  • Original packaging is missing or tampered with.
  • Return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
