A. Win up to 15% Off” Promotion
By participating in the “Win up to 15% Off” promotion, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
a1. Eligibility
Participants must post original content (photo or video) using Kase Grooming products on their own public social media account(s).
The post must tag @kasegrooming (Instagram, Facebook, or any platform where we are active).
a2. Selection Process
Posting does not guarantee a discount.
Winners will be selected at our sole discretion based on factors such as creativity, quality, brand alignment, and authenticity.
We reserve the right to select no winners if submissions do not meet our standards.
a3. Discount Value
The discount value may vary up to 15% and is decided solely by Kase Grooming.
Discounts are provided in the form of a coupon code, sent via direct message to the winner’s account used for posting.
a4. Coupon Terms
Coupon codes are valid for a single purchase only.
Coupons are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers.
Expiry date will be specified in the DM containing the code.
a5. Content Usage
By participating, you grant Kase Grooming a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, repost, and share your submitted content on our marketing channels, with proper credit to you.
a6. Modification & Termination
Kase Grooming reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
B. Win 10% Off for a Year” Promotion
By participating in the “Win 10% Off for a Year” promotion, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
b1. Eligibility
Participants must be customers of Kase Grooming who have made at least one qualifying purchase.
This promotion is valid only in India unless otherwise specified.
b2. Selection Process
Only 10 winners will be chosen at random from eligible participants.
Selection is final and at the sole discretion of Kase Grooming.
We reserve the right to disqualify participants for suspected fraud, duplicate entries, or any breach of these terms.
b3. Discount Code Details
Winners will receive their unique 10% off code privately via direct message or email.
The discount will apply only if the details at checkout (name, email, address, etc.) match the winner’s registered customer data.
The code is valid for 12 months OR 10 uses, whichever occurs first.
The maximum discount per order is ₹200.
The code is non-transferable and must not be shared with others. If we detect unauthorised use or sharing, Kase Grooming reserves the right to immediately cancel the code without notice.
b4. Coupon Restrictions
The code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
b5. General Conditions
Kase Grooming is not responsible for technical issues, network failures, or delays in receiving discount codes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Our decision regarding all aspects of this promotion is final and binding.
b6. Jurisdiction
This offer and its terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
